The 3rd Edition of the Shemrock Leadership Conclave & TSMUN 2025, hosted by Shemrock School, Sector 69, Mohali and proudly powered by Aspirant Learning, was held on the 26th and 27th of July 2025. With an impressive participation of 510 delegates, the conclave brought together young leaders, visionaries, and changemakers under one platform to engage in meaningful dialogue, leadership-building activities, and thought-provoking sessions, further cementing its reputation as one of Mohali’s most inspiring youth leadership gatherings.
About the Opening Ceremony
The Shemrock Leadership Conclave & TSMUN 2025 began on 26th July 2025 with a grand inaugural ceremony. With over 510 participants competing across 10 competitions in 16 committee rooms, the energy was electric.
The ceremony was graced by AVSM/VSM Major General Raj Mehta, Mr. Dhruv Singla, and Mr. Saransh Tandon, who inspired the gathering with their words on discipline, diplomacy, innovation, and leadership.
The event set the perfect tone for two days of dialogue, debate, and dynamic learning.

Bringing together brilliant young minds, the conclave fostered dialogue, energy, and leadership excellence. Adv. Priyanshu Grover (Chief Advisor) spoke of its legacy, now established as Mohali’s biggest conclave, shaping youth leadership. Mr. Adarsh Kumar Singh (Chief Advisor) emphasized sustainability, noting eco-friendly practices like eliminating plastic bottles and using recycled paper kits. Mr. Priyansh Kumar (Advisor) expressed gratitude to participants and supporters. The conclave ended with the message that true leadership lies in vision, responsibility, and sustainable progress.
