The Shemrock Model United Nations Conference 2023 (Shemrock MUN 2023), held on May 20th and 21st, was a landmark event in the sphere of youth leadership and global diplomacy. Organized by The Shemrock School, Mohali, and powered by Aspirant Learning, this two-day conference brought together over 300 delegates from 20 prestigious institutions across 6 cities. With the inspiring theme "Na Bhibheti Kadachan" (Never Be Afraid), the conference aimed to empower young minds to face global challenges with courage and determination.

Inaugural Ceremony

The conference commenced with a grand inaugural ceremony that set a profound tone for the discussions ahead. Esteemed guests, including Mr. Rubal Garg, Advocate and Barrister at Law in the Supreme Court of India, and Ms. Priti Choudhary, Chief Evangelist at Chitkara University, graced the occasion. Their keynote addresses highlighted the importance of youth engagement in global issues and the role of education in fostering global citizenship

The conference culminated in a series of awards and recognitions, celebrating delegates for their exceptional contributions and leadership. Each award, from Best Delegate to Special Mention, honored the dedication and innovative approaches of the participants in addressing global challenges.

Conclusion and Reflections

As Shemrock MUN 2023 drew to a close, Summit Advisors Ms. Bhavika Dabur and Ms. Vyomika Sharma expressed immense pride in the delegates' achievements and the conference's impact.
